You own everything you create. You can sell it commercially. We own the platform. Don't use it to create harmful content. Paid plans are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.

By accessing or using Librava.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Librava.ai is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate worksheets, puzzle books, workbooks, journal templates, colouring pages, and other educational and publishing materials.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Content you generate using Librava.ai is owned by you. You retain full commercial rights to sell, distribute, and publish materials you create, including on platforms such as Amazon KDP.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
